Member Participation Awards

The Member Participation Awards program is a new addition to Wish Horse. It was developed to help motivate our members to interact more with others for the benefit of the club. This program only focuses on you and not your horses. It's a wonderful way to have fun, as well as earn money and creation credits!

The way the MPA works is by making our members eligible to earn points for participating in different game activities. The MPA is optional, and requires all interested members to keep track of their activities in a certain format so that they can be processed correctly.

Only activities taking place after January 1st 2006 may be counted in the program.

The activities that earn points are:

Hosting a show or race 20 MPA points
Donating money to a registry/association 15 MPA points
Donating money to a show event 10 MPA points
Breeding to an outside-owned stallion/mare 10 MPA points
Entering a show or race 3 MPA points
Making annual vet/farrier appointments 1 MPA point per horse

MPA files should be kept in a specific format, divided by the activity. The following is an example; please use it as a base for managing your own MPA points.

01/06/06 - Bred to Phantom owned by Jessie - 10 points

Vet/Farrier
01/01/06 - 65 horses - 65 points
01/20/06 - 3 horses - 3 points

TOTAL: 159 MPA points

Awards
500 MPA Points 1 Creation Credit $10,000
750 MPA Points 2 Creation Credits $15,000
1,500 MPA Points 4 Creation Credits $20,000
3,000 MPA Points 6 Creation Credits $25,000

Once you have reached your desired number of points, send an email to Lexi with your MPA points included. Please remember that once you submit points, you start over at 0 MPA points after recieving your reward and those activities can no longer be used for future MPA points.

Example: You reach the 500 MPA point limit at the end of June and want to collect the 500 point award. After recieving your credit and money, your MPA record will start with activities taking place at the beginning of July with your point count at 0.
