Wish Horse SPCA
The WH SPCA governs the gameplay rules that ensure all horses are properly cared for and not overworked. Our purpose is to monitor all horses' health and well-being. We have put reasonable restrictions on the amount of competition a horse can be involved in for the benefit of the horses themselves. Any individual that is believed to not be following these restrictions should be reported to the SPCA manager immediately.

4 y/o and older racehorses may begin steeplechasing. May race no more than 25 times a year. Racehorses must retire before they are 10 years of age. |
